As far as I know, Mr. Tennant isn't going anywhere, but that's not nearly enough to stop me from suggesting future Doctors of the Who variety.
Now, although I firmly believe that Noel Clarke would make the most awesome Doctor ever, he is sadly disqualified what with playing Mickey Smith (although he is trapped in an alternate universe, so it's not like he'd run into himself or anything).
Noel Clarke:
So, today it hit me, the non-disqualified Chiwetel Ejiofor, would be perfect as the Doctor. I happen to think the most important part of pulling off the character of the Doctor is the ability to be whimsically dangerous, which Mr. Ejiofor proved he could do as the Operative in Serenity.
