Near As I Can Tell

HR is more concerned with the bit where we know that we're being treated unfairly rather than the bit where we're actually being treated unfairly.

But they took great pains to assure us we had done the right thing in approaching them, so there's that, I guess.

Bascially, we're not supposed to know that BMR is on an Action Plan because that's private or whatever, but we started complaining about the box thing even before we knew it was part of his Action Plan because it's just unreasonable in terms of time consumption-- the whole Action Plan thing just makes it extra wrong because we shouldn't be involved in his Action Plan. I mean, none of us got in trouble for not doing our jobs, but now we might get in trouble because we don't have enough time to do all our regular work and extra boxes. It's really all just politics blah-di-blah and them not wanting to admit that they screwed the pooch by letting him get away with not doing anything for so long, so I basically spent the rest of the day chanting "I'm leaving" over and over again in my head.
