Date: 2010-07-16 10:09 pm (UTC)I'm not grinding it that much. Just like we would for walnuts/pecans in snow balls. But straight PB with no additives is fine for cholesterol (and what I use for baking) it's when they add the hydrogenation to make it creamy that it gets bad.
