well i think doc boy still lived with the parents in a help work the farm sort of way and garfield is like johns son so my grandparent thoerey still applys and the show is for kids so they make it like kids can relate to or something and johns suposed to be extra pathetic
speaking of guys named john how come when warren calls jonathan sparky it sounds way more derogatory then when jonny c calls rygil it i have a stick for u
