cough and runny nose can go away now

well i took the last of my dayquil and i really needed to. but now the question is, will i be able to make it through tomorrow without some? and should i get nyquil as well so i can sleep? i'm worried about being too drugged to get up in the morning though. plus i hate taking medication.
