So, I find it interesting...

... that the girl who played Cassie on Supernatural is playing Isabelle on The 4400 and her general stiff woodenness works for the role (of a psychic baby who grew up overnight) to the point where if I hadn't seen her on Supernatural, I'd think she was being stiff and offputting on purpose (and therefore a good actress). But since I have seen her on Supernatural, I know that's just how she rolls.

Also? I am quite proud of the phrase I came up with this morning to describe the scraps of Japanese tissue paper that I won't throw away (I can use them for tiny repairs, dammit): "snippegy widgets".

The Most Disturbing Thing About Getting My Moles Removed

Well, I guess the smell of burning flesh (particularly when it's your very own personal flesh that's burning) is somewhat disturbing, but not nearly as freaky as when she injected me with whatever liquid numbing agent and the liquid made this bubble-lump thing underneath my skin with a mole on top. Yuck.
The good news is that the only part that hurt was when she was injecting me and so far the three holes where moles used to be remain numb.
