Note to self: Do not wear Payless shoes when going hiking. Ow.

So after the "Fun With Driving (except not)" experience, there was the traditional Eating of the Hoagie, followed by the somewhat, but not consistently traditional Watching of the Movie. This movie, being Saved! (and very funny/snarky/awesome), sadly needed to be followed by a ritual cleansing of the evil Mandy Moore cover of "God Only Knows". Happily, the cleansing ritual involves listening to the good Beach Boys version, and so all was right with the world.

On Friday, I faced down my irrational fear of nuns (they're just so.. so.. religious). And then came the hiking fun/catastrophe.

And now I am back home and going to work and harvesting cat fur so PUs can scare away the bunnies (bunnies! it must be bunnies!).
