Nothing beats the 1812 Overture for when you wanna blow shit up

Yesterday got the best death scene when I saw Mindhunters, and the guy crumbles to bits after being frozen with liquid nitrogen. It starts on his legs and he's just frozen in place and can't get out of the way while his pants freeze and shatter and then his flesh freezes and shatters and he falls over and breaks into pieces and it is aweseome. Today got the best explosion sequence when I saw V for Vendetta, and the explosion is all timed to the 1812 Overture and it was just a really good effects sequence without being over the top. Plus there are lots of 1984 shout-outs and the ultimate "I'm Spartacus!" moment. And there was lots of blood because of the knives. Knives make for good gushing and fountains of blood splattering all over the place.
