Sure, the only reason I'll be glowing at any point today is because I have my glow-in-the-dark phases of the moon shirt on, and that glows even when I haven't taken small, harmless doses of radiation for medical testing purposes, but still.

I'm totally a nuclear bomb for Halloween!
Which has led to me contemplating the sort of shit a kid would get into if they went to school dressed as a nuclear bomb.
And then there's Trick Or Treating...

[Cheery Older Woman answers the door]
Child chorus: "Trick or Treat!"
Cheery Older Woman: "Well, look at you, what lovely costumes! [starts handing out candy] Let's see, a bumblebee, and a pirate, and a... oh my, what are you supposed to be?"
Nuclear Bomb Kid: [said in an adorably enthusiastic kid voice] "I'm a nuclear bomb!"

Radiation from Venus is posited to be causing the Night of the Living Dead.

Nathan surviving totally ruins the awesomeness of the icon and the fact that I have irrevocably connected that awesome poem to that moment. I mean, obviously, Peter survives, cuz he's got Claire's healy powers, but Nathan should be dead, and the fact that he isn't makes it not a sacrifice/heroic moment at all.
