on the 12th day before my birthday my monkey gave to me:
12 scarring wounds,
11 twitching whiskers,
10 pounds of fur,
9 pitiful mews,
8 fetched spoons (upright infinity! and he's pretending to be a dog!),
7 knocked over food bowls,
6 chewed up trolls,
fiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiive puddles of spiiiiiiiiiit,
4 little paws,
3 frantic catnip beggings,
2 smushy ears,
and a little baby muh-uh-uh-key...
