so my appointment was at 5:15pm. i got there earlier than that which was good because they needed me to re-fill out paperwork since it'd been 2 years since i'd last been. i didn't get called back until 6:40ish. that's right i had to wait about an hour and a half. i could have stayed at work till 5pm and still arrived on time (plus earned $). sigh. apparently they had a bunch of emergency patients so they got really backlogged. anyway, during this time (this long, loooooong time) there was a really big downpour so when i went out to my car there was this huge puddle that i had to wade through to get to my car which was at least up to my ankles. my shoes got all soggy and squishy... eeeewwww. ah well, i made it. i got a new prescription which is apparently less strong than my old one but if it helps me see i'm all for it.

p.s. if you sent me ims today i did not get them. i think dad shut down the comps during the storm.

yes i saw anya on monk. she was supposed to be an adult. teaching sharona's writing class. it didn't work. she was still too petty and whiny and anya-y. and technically, Eliza doesn't need a boob job (not that i'm endorsing them or anything, i'm just saying that she already fits the hollywood definition of pretty so she doesn't have to worry about that shit). they didn't pimp the contacts this time possibly because it was so delayed (and past closing i might add) or possibly cuz the nurse type lady who put in the eye drops noticed how much i hated it and commented on how much trouble she was having getting them in.
